You will be a brand’s representative at our flagship store in Berlin, and responsible for the overall customer experience, including customer service.


Your tasks will be
- Be a personal styling advisor of YUN customers from all over the world
- Take the ownership of the customer's experience, and representation of YUN's brand values
- Give a brief presentation of YUN's cutting-edge "20mins" service to customers
- Answer to customer's inquires to give the best customer service
- Get a gentle introduction to the great world of ophthalmic optics to be an expert

- A glasses lover who appreciates good quality and fair price
- A positive mind-set with strong communication skills
- Outgoing and sales driven personality
- Open-minded to learn new technology and system
- Interest and experience in styling advice
- Able to be a team player
- Fluent in German and English (working level)

You will be a brand’s representative at our flagship store in Berlin, and responsible for the overall customer experience, including customer service.


Your tasks will be
- Learn the process of our cutting-edge auto-production technology
- Be a personal advisor of YUN customers based on your professional ophthalmic background
- Assemble glasses and give a personal fitting service to each customers
- Give an accurate and precise eye exam
- Take the ownership of the customer’s experience, and representation of YUN’s brand values
- Give a brief presentation of YUN’s cutting-edge “20mins” service to customers
- Answer to customer’s inquires to give the best customer service


What we’re looking for
- People with over 1 year of eye exam will be given preference
- A glasses lover who appreciates good quality and fair price
- A positive mind-set with strong communication skills
- Outgoing and sales driven personality
- Interest and experience in styling advice
- Able to be a team player
